Hospitality Uncorked is an annual celebration of Southern California’s thriving hospitality scene – and a powerful investment in the next generation of industry leaders.  Hosted by The Collins College Board of Advisors, the event brings together top professionals and passionate supporters to create meaningful connections and real-world exposure for students at The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona.

Each year, more than $500,000 is raised to unlock life-changing opportunities for students, including scholarships, immersive learning experiences, industry travel, and innovative programs.  These funds don’t just support education – they expand possibilities, open doors and equip students with the tools, confidence and connections they need to build successful careers.
